What is the full form of BCCI

BCCI: Board of Control for Cricket in India

BCCI stands for Board of Control for Cricket in India. BCCI is the governing body for cricket in India. The board was formed in December 1928 as a society, registered under the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act. 

It is a consortium of state cricket associations and the state associations select their representatives who in turn elect the BCCI Chief. Its headquarters are in Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai.

BCCI

It controls all tournaments inside and outside India. It has the authority to select players, umpires and officials to participates in international events. The BCCI officials are elected by the representatives of state cricket associations. BCCI is headed by the president which is the highest designation in BCCI.
